Q. Which countries do you ship?
A. We ship to most countries, however the Middle East and Africa we are unable to at this stage.
Q. What postal service do you use?
A. As we are based in Brisbane, Australia, we use Australia Post as our standard postal service. All items are sent Insured Air Mail unless you have chosen Express Shipping. Parcels to Canada and Germany cannot be insured so items are sent Registered Post which is trackable. FedEx is available upon request but please note FedEx does not ship jewelry to many countries.
Q. How much is shipping?
A. The standard shipping cost is automatically calculated in checkout. This is insured Air Mail from Brisbane, Australia. The shipping cost is calculated on your TOTAL purchase price formulated as:

REST OF WORLD:

$500 - $1000 $35
$1001 - $1500 $50
$1501 - $2000 $60
$2001 + FREE
Q. How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
A. Within Australia it can take anywhere between 1 and 10 days depending on your address.
For the USA & Canada: Anywhere between 7 and 21 days
For Europe & UK: Anywhere between 7 and 28 days depending on your country.
We do our utmost to ship to you as promptly as possible which is usually within 24-48 business hours, however, once the item is in the Australia Post system, we have no control over shipping time. These times are average but depending on your country and address it is possible it may take longer.
PLEASE NOTE: Russia is now becoming more difficult to ship to. The time frame has increased from 10-14 days to at least 6 weeks. Customs seem to be holding on to items longer than usual. We post quickly but have NO CONTROL over how long the postal companies actually get it to you.
Q. Can I get my purchase quickly?
A. Yes you can! Express Shipping (EMS) is available at a very reasonable cost of $50.00 USD. If you wish to use this service, please see the EXPRESS SHIPPING Category and add one to your cart. Express shipping takes approximately 3 days, is trackable online and also covers insurance. This amount is added to the standard shipping cost.

A. The shipping costs are as per Australia Post.
RETURN DETAILS
Customer satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, you only need to contact us in regards to the return procedure, and your purchase price will be refunded on receipt of the item. You have 7 days from the time you have received your item to contact us in regards to returning it. See more info below.
There is no return or exchange available on:
Custom made Jewelry
Jewelry purchased online that has been altered as per your instructions
Jewelry we have received from you that has been altered, repaired or re sized as per your instructions
Loose stones that have been altered as per your instructions.
For all other products purchased online, a refund will be issued subject to the following conditions:
1. Please contact us first before returning any item within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.
2. We must receive the item in the same condition as sent. (i.e. unworn, no alterations, safely packaged etc)
3. All cost and risks associated with returning the item is carried by you, the purchaser. i.e. freight, insurance, import duties, customs, loss and damage etc. The purchased item must be shipped with a tracking number and a signature required from us to accept the package.
4. A full refund will be issued on the above terms and conditions. Shipping costs are not refundable.
